"I hate how
my hair looks" If your hairdresser makes a mistake
and you don't like the way you look in your engagement session
images, we will completely redo the session for you. No
problem.
"I'm completely unhappy with the results" In the unlikely event that you just don't like the images, or we make mistakes that cause you to feel like the results are not worth the money, we will refund everything you paid. No hard feelings.
"I'm just not having a good day."We want you to be in a good mood for your engagement session and for your wedding day. We'll make sure we are and try to keep you cool, calm, and collected. In the event that doesn't happen, and you don't like your engagement images, we'll redo the session for you. If you don't like your final wedding images, we'll refund your money.
"I do not like the layout of my album" Most photographers outsource the design to the lowest bidder. At our studio, we create our own album designs and can easily modify them to suit your tastes. Plus, we use a different technology from the other studios, allowing us much greater flexibility and creativity then what is available to them. If for any reason, you're unhappy with a part or all of the design, we'll redo it for you until you are happy.
